Lesson 13: Generate Attendance Reports
Objective:
The Attendance Report helps track the daily presence of users, showing detailed information such as:
Login/Logout Time: The time the user logs in and out.
Work Hours: The time spent working on the system (active time).
Break Time: Duration of breaks taken during the day.
Active Time: Time spent on productive work (excluding breaks).
Total Hours: Total time spent from login to logout, including work and break time.

How to Export the Attendance Report:
Click the Attendance Report Menu.
Select the date range and click the Go button to filter the report.
To export the report, click the Action Button and choose the Export option.
Scheduling the Report:
To automatically send reports via email, click the Schedule option.
Enable Attendance Trigger to receive an email if the work hours are below a specified threshold.
Fill in the necessary details like Export time, Work Hours, Week (current or last), and Recipient's email. Click Submit to schedule.
Excel Format:
The Excel report includes the following fields:
Work Hours: Time spent on the system.
Break Time: Time spent on breaks.
Total Hours: Sum of work hours and break time.
Shift Hours: Difference between login and logout.
Login/Logout Comment: Comments on late login or early logout.
Extended Hours: If the work hours exceed the shift hours.
Schedule Adherence: Ratio of total work hours to shift hours.
Lesson 13.1: Muster Report
Objective:
The Muster Report is based on shift schedules and tracks employee attendance according to their assigned shifts. The report includes various shift types (e.g., Week Off, Paid Leave) and is generated based on shift configurations.
