Lesson 9.1: Incidents
Objective:
The system has defined content filtering triggers, such as Prime Video and Hotstart, which are monitored on a per-department basis. If team members access these applications or websites, the system generates email alerts. These alerts can be reviewed in the Incident Alert Report section.
Steps to Access:
Click on the Logs menu.
Select Incidents to view the generated alerts.

Lesson 9.2: Application Usages
Objective:
The Application Usages feature allows you to generate reports on the applications used by each team member within a specific date range. By selecting the desired start and end dates, you can view the usage details. For more in-depth information, you can click on the application name or username.
Steps to Access:
Click on the Logs menu.
Select Applications Usages.
Choose the from and to date range and click GO to generate the report.
Click on the application name or username for detailed usage information.
Lesson 9.3: Data Usages
Objective:
The tool helps track internet usage and generate detailed reports on data consumption by applications, users, and departments. Users can filter data usage reports by date range, department, and individual users, and view the report graphically in kilobytes (KB).
Content:
To view the data usage report, follow these steps:
Click on the Logs menu.
Select 'Data Usage.'
Filter by date range, department, and user(s) using dropdown menus.
Click the 'Go' button to generate the report.
For a hard copy, click the 'Print' button.
Lesson 9.3: Download Images
Objective:
The feature allows administrators to download images captured by employees during their working hours. By selecting the date range and specific users, a zip file containing the images is generated. The zip can be downloaded, and once no longer needed, it can be deleted, ensuring that the files are managed properly and do not occupy unnecessary storage space.
To download employee-captured images, follow these steps:
Click on the Logs menu.
Select 'Download Images.'
Choose the desired date range and user from the dropdown.
Click the 'Submit' button.
Click 'OK' to confirm the alert message. The zip file will generate.
Download the zip file.
Click the 'Delete' button to remove the zip file after downloading.
