Attendance Management:
You can track the attendance and working hours of field staff, including their login times, work shifts, and task completion status.
Access attendance reports by navigating to the "Attendance" menu under the "Team" section.
Task Creation and Scheduling:
Tasks can be created and assigned to team members through the Task module. The process involves filling in task details such as title, description, and custom fields for data capture.
You can schedule tasks and manage them through the Task menu.
Field Staff Notes and Location Tracking:
Field staff can submit notes related to their tasks, which include location data for better tracking.
Notes can be viewed under the "Field Notes" section in the Team menu, allowing managers to see where tasks were completed.
