Objective:
The document upload and OCR system is designed to streamline document management and processing for both users and admins. It allows users to upload documents in bulk, while admins can manage, configure, and monitor document-related activities, including enabling OCR for document text recognition.
For Admin:
Manage Documents: Admins can view, search, and manage documents uploaded to the portal.
Custom Configuration & Reports: Admins can define custom fields for storage, generate reports, and control access using role-based permissions.
For Users:
Bulk Document Upload: Users can upload multiple documents at once for processing.
OCR Activation: Users can activate OCR functionality for document text extraction by following a detailed setup process.
