Lesson 7.1: UAM Dashboard (Admin & Manager)
The objective of this tool is to provide a comprehensive dashboard for admins and managers to monitor, assess, and analyze the activity and performance of their team members. By tracking real-time data and generating detailed reports, the tool helps in optimizing team productivity, detecting incidents, and ensuring proper usage of applications.
Activity Report: This section shows the current count of active users and their locations.
Incident Report: Monitors access to destructive websites. Any visit to such sites will be captured as an incident.
Team Room: Displays the current status of your team members (online, offline, or paused). The information updates every 60-80 seconds and includes details like logged-in/logout times, work hours, active/idle times, and apps being used.
Time Categories:
Worked: Total time spent on the computer.
Idle: Time with no activity (keyboard/mouse).
Highly Productive: Time spent on apps defined as highly productive.
Productive: Time spent on productive applications.
Less Productive: Time spent on less productive applications.
Unclassified: Time spent on undefined applications.
Lesson 7.2: Attendance Tracking Dashboard
The objective of the Attendance Tracking Dashboard is to provide admins and managers with a real-time overview of team members' attendance, activity, and productivity. By monitoring team status (online, offline, or paused), work hours, application usage, and activity levels, this tool helps optimize team management, track performance, and ensure accountability.
Team Status: View how many users are online, offline, or paused.
Login and Logout Times: Track when team members log in and log out.
Work Hours: Monitor the total hours worked, including active, idle, and break times.
Active Applications: See which applications are currently in use by team members.
Activity and Idle Percentages: Review activity and idle percentages to assess productivity.
This dashboard helps admins and managers ensure that team members are staying on task, working efficiently, and adhering to company policies.
Lesson 7.3: User Dashboard
The objective of the User Dashboard is to allow users and admins to track work hours, activity levels, and idle time for better productivity and performance management. It provides insights into the user's shift timings, login details, and time spent on the computer, categorized into active and idle hours, enabling users to manage their time effectively.
Shift Date: Automatically captured by TeamOB.
Login Time: Displays the first login time when the user accesses the TeamOB tool.
Work Hours: Shows the total time spent on the computer during the workday.
Active Hours: Tracks the time when the user was actively working on the computer, excluding idle time.
Idle Hours: Reflects the total time when there was no keyboard or mouse activity.
Historical Work vs Active vs Idle Hours: Provides a breakdown of how the user's time was spent in different categories over a given period.
This dashboard helps users monitor and manage their time and productivity efficiently, offering a clear view of work, active, and idle hours.
Lesson 7.4: Field Staff Tracking Dashboard
The objective of the Field Staff Tracking Dashboard is to provide admins and managers with real-time data on field staff activities, including task completion, work hours, and location tracking. This helps to monitor field staff productivity, manage tasks effectively, and ensure team members are on track with their assignments.
Scheduled Task: Displays the total number of scheduled tasks for all employees from the Task module.
Completed Task: Shows the total number of tasks completed so far by the team.
Team Room: Displays a list of online users along with their locations. A green sign represents users who are online.
Logged In: The time when a user started the app and punched in for work.
Shift Hours: Shows the total number of work hours logged by the user so far.
Last Location: Displays the GPS location where the user was last present and submitted the task completion note.
This dashboard ensures that field staff are tracked for both productivity and location, helping improve task management and real-time monitoring.
Lesson 7.4: Call Monitoring Dashboard
The Call Monitoring Dashboard is designed to track and manage calls, attendance, and performance of both users and admins. It provides real-time insights into attendance, call history, scheduled calls, call progress, and analytics, enabling better tracking of performance, follow-ups, and overall efficiency.
Admin Dashboard: The Admin Dashboard provides admins with a real-time overview of the entire team's performance. To view it, admins must log in to TeamOB. The admin dashboard includes the following features:
Follow List: Tracks follow-up actions for agents.
Call Log with Audio Recording: Provides detailed records of calls, including audio recordings.
Analytics and Reports: Displays analytics, performance reports, and the progress of scheduled calls.
Online Agents: View all agents currently online.
Quick Stats: Displays stats for today's scheduled calls and their progress.
This dashboard helps admins monitor call activities, evaluate agent performance, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
