1. Setting up API Credentials:
   To begin using the BI Tool, users must enter their TeamOB domain name and API key. This step ensures that the connection to the server is properly configured, allowing seamless data upload.

2. Bulk File Upload:
   The BI Tool allows for bulk file uploading by selecting a folder, creating categories, and monitoring the upload process. Once the upload is started, a command window will open, showing real-time progress and details about the successful file uploads.
